THE COMPETITION– Major Prize & Spot Prizes

The winner for the RV Super Centre Grand Prize at the Covi Motorhome SuperShow will win:

• 1 x 28-day motorhome trip in Australia (maui Motorhome Holidays).
• 2 x adult economy tickets to one of two destinations – Sydney, Australia or Brisbane, Australia.
• Information on how to enter this competition and the prize form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

THE PRIZE AND DETAILS OF THE PRIZE DRAW

• There is one (1) major prize to be won, that can be redeemed in Australia only. The valid entry selected from the pool of entries, will win a self-drive holiday in a 4 berth maui Cascade, and return international flights from Auckland airport to either Brisbane or Sydney International Airports.
• Please note that the prize is for the campervan hire and international flight component only. All fuel costs, campsite fees, internal flights, transport/transfers to and from the airports, tolls, road tax, travel insurance, security deposits and personal expenditure are not included in the prize and must be covered by the winners. Travel and liability insurance is not included in the prize, and we strongly recommend it is taken by the winners before travel. This is a single event holiday and cannot be separated into different holiday vacations or redeemed for cash. The winners will be required to present their credit card upon checking in at their selected branch.
• Vehicles are not available for travel by the winner during select peak periods and are subject to availability.
• All flights and motorhome rental must be booked and used before 31 October 2024.
• All maui Motorhomes vehicle rental standard terms and conditions apply and take precedence over the agreement.
• Vehicle Type: maui Cascade 4 berth.
• All vehicles must be picked up and dropped off at either 733 Nudgee Road, Northgate, QLD, 4013 OR 31 Bay Road, Taren Point, NSW 2229.
• The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
• All travel is subject to availability at time of booking. Availability of this prize cannot be guaranteed during peak periods such as school holidays or special event periods and is subject to availability. The prize-winner will be required to sign a liability waiver form to accept the prize. The promoter makes no representation as to the safety, conditions or other issues that may exist in transit or at any destination.
• In participating in the competition, the winners agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed, filmed for broadcast, and photographed. The winners agree to grant the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winner (and his/her companion) will not be entitled to any fee for such use. The Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages to the entrant. Entrants should direct any request to opt out, access, update, or correct information to the Promoter. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
• Subject to the Terms and Conditions of the participating prize providers, if for any reason the winner does not, once the prize has been booked, take the prize at the time stipulated, then the prize (or that element of the prize) will be forfeited and will not be redeemable for cash.

ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY

• The competition is open to all visitors to the Covi Motorhome Caravan & Outdoor SuperShow with a ticket purchased at the gate between 15th March and 17th March 2024 or purchased online from the 1st November 2023 – 17th March 2024. Complimentary tickets are not eligible for the Grand Prize draw.
• The prize recipient must be over 21 years of age. At least one person in the party will have a full and valid drivers license for at least one year and the nominated driver must be over 21 years of age.
• The staff and immediate families of thl, Spot on Exhibitions and any major Motorhome manufacturer and rental company, Covi NZMCA Insurance and their associated companies, the Covi SuperShow’s security and ticketing companies and employees and board members of the NZMCA are not eligible for entry into prize draw.

HOW TO ENTER

• Entry into the RV Super Centre Grand Prize draw is free with a Covi Motorhome Caravan and Outdoor SuperShow entry ticket purchased at the gate.
• The RV Super Centre Grand Prize is non-transferable to another person and is not able to be changed.
• The Show organizer reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions of the RV Super Centre Grand Prize draw if they deem this to be necessary.
• For tickets to be eligible for entry into the RV Super Centre Grand Prize draw they must be stamped at each of the seven Covi Passport Booth’s throughout the show. Please see your show program for locations.
• All entrant personal details must be valid and up to date and will be held by Spot on Exhibitions and thl, the parent company of RV Super Centre and may be used for the purpose of the promotion and for future promotion and marketing purposes in accordance with thl’s Privacy Policy (see https://www.thlonline.com/privacy) unless otherwise directed by contestants at the time of entry.

WINNER

• The RV Super Centre Grand Prize will be drawn at 11am Monday 18th March 2024 by Spot on Exhibitions live on the Covi Motorhome Caravan & Outdoor Supershow Facebook page.
• Personal information provided at the time of entry is presumed to be true and, in the case of text or email notification – active, through to and beyond the date of the Promotion’s completion.
• All prize redemptions and travel bookings must be made through a nominated thl representative.
• Prize winners must give thl two months-notice period of their intended travel.
• By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the thl and the show organizer pre and post travel interviews and articles, social media posts including photography and video for promotional purposes.
